Cancellation Policy
Ehlatini Private Forest Reserve – Cancellation & Refund Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment.
Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund, less any non-refundable transaction fees.
- 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- 14 days or less before arrival: No refund.
- No-shows and early departures: No refund.
Date Changes:
Date changes requested more than 30 days before arrival may be accommodated subject to availability and any rate difference. Changes within 30 days are at management’s discretion.
Peak Periods:
Different payment and cancellation terms may apply over Christmas, New Year, Easter and designated peak periods and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Weather & Service Interruptions:
No refunds or discounts will be provided for abnormal weather conditions or interruptions to electricity, water, internet or mobile networks that are outside Ehlatini’s reasonable control.
If Ehlatini is unable to honour a confirmed reservation and a suitable alternative cannot be provided, accommodation payments received will be refunded.
We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance.
